If we know about this in advance, we will refund you or re-register you for a different date. If the launch is postponed suddenly, already during your presence at the spaceport, we will help you extend your pass and stay, and change your return ticket if you want. The launch is organized by Roscosmos, so we are not responsible for force majeure.
We issue and receive passes for our clients to Baikonur and the cosmodrome, organize transfers, accommodation, breakfast, excursion support, and monitor your safety. When the launch is cancelled, our work is nevertheless considered completed, and you agree to this by signing our contract before the start of the trip. We fully provide the promised services, the fulfillment of which depends only on us.
